Menu Plan Monday

In no particular order here are our plans for this week
- Homemade Bean and Cheese Burritos w/ Red Chili, corn, salad
(we didn’t get to this last week) - Turkey Loaf, sweet potatoes, fresh steamed green beans
(didn’t make this last week either) - Baked Potatoes w/chili, cheese and broccoli
- Leftovers or something simple for hubby and son, dinner at the
church for me - Super Nachos w/ Fresh Pico de Gallo (a Rachel Ray recipe)
- Chicken Enchiladas, mexican rice, refried beans (another Rachel
Ray recipe) - Crock Pot Roast Beef with potatoes and carrots, gravy, salad,
homemade rolls
