Menu Plan Monday

In no particular order here are our plans for this week

  • Homemade Bean and Cheese Burritos w/ Red Chili, corn, salad
    (we didn’t get to this last week)
  • Turkey Loaf, sweet potatoes, fresh steamed green beans
    (didn’t make this last week either)
  • Baked Potatoes w/chili, cheese and broccoli
  • Leftovers or something simple for hubby and son, dinner at the
    church for me
  • Super Nachos w/ Fresh Pico de Gallo (a Rachel Ray recipe)
  • Chicken Enchiladas, mexican rice, refried beans (another Rachel
    Ray recipe)
  • Crock Pot Roast Beef with potatoes and carrots, gravy, salad,
    homemade rolls
