Menu Plan Monday…on Tuesday
Like anybody ever looks at this- but it’s fun to post it! Here’s what we’re having this week

- Slow Cooker Cabbage Rolls (didn’t do last week), broccoli, brown rice
- Turkey Spanakopita Burgers (a Rachel Ray recipe), veggies and dip, chips
- Apricot Chicken (another Rachel Ray), Quinoa, Asparagus
- Baked Potato Bar ( with choice of ham, cheese sauce, sour cream, chili, broccoli, salsa, hardboiled eggs)
- Navajo Tacos (with lettuce, tomatoes, corn, cheese, salsa, sour cream)
- Homemade Pizza, veggies and dip
- Boca Burgers, veggies and dip, chips
