Our "in the near future" house and "the secret"

So Hans is DONE with his comprehensive exams (except for the oral presentation, but that will be a snap/done in about 2 weeks) If all goes well we will be GRADUATED by this time next year- we've set ourselves a deadline. We will only have to survive this last hot summer because we can't survive another one- I think we'll just shrivel up and die or something. That's how hot it is here.

So as graduation is coming up sooner rather than later I've been thinking more about our future house. I'm so excited for this next step, and so I've been thinking about what I've learned from being in apartments this whole time we've been married. What I like and what I don't like and what I want and don't want. So I figured why not use "the secret" and think about our future house for the next year and see if it manifests itself. How exciting because my list is getting pretty detailed. And I know the more detailed I can make it- the more likely it will be to come to pass. I'm really excited about it.
